Overview of West End Medical Practice

We are a private general practice situated in the heart of historic Fremantle. We run a “drop in” style general practice catering for local residents, workers and visitors. In addition to comprehensive GP services the clinic will offer skin checks, occupational health, sexual health and travel medicine. A fully equipped treatment room will allow management of minor injuries.

Western Diagnostic Pathology is available on site.

Our new Woolstores home

New Location

West End Medical has moved to a brand new central Fremantle location. The new Woolstores Fremantle building on Cantonment Street will become the new home for the general practice team. The bright and modern space has been custom designed especially for West End Medical and will feature more space for both patients and staff. A nearby reference landmark will be Target Fremantle – we will be situated across the road.

All doctors, medical and practice staff will be moving with us to the new premises. Our new location will be more accessible, more spacious and have better parking. Woolstores parking has 124 car bays, 16 motorcycle bays and 5 ACROD bays. West End Medical can be accessed from Ground Level and directly from Level 1.

West End Medical advises patients to stay at home if you are sick. Telehealth consultations are available if a physical examination is not required, these can be bulk-billed for certain patient groups.
