To make an appointment, book in advance via (08) 9430 4300 or online. Walk-in appointments will be accommodated where possible.

To make a longer appointment, please ask the receptionist at the time of booking. If you are unable to make an appointment, please advise us so that it can be offered to another patient.

We will send SMS reminders the day before your appointment.

If you have already booked an appointment and want to reduce your waiting time, complete our New Patient Registration Form before you arrive. Please bring the completed form with you when you come to your appointment.
